Rakhnong branch of Buddhist religions under Bailhechari upazila is a forest of Bihar. According to the name of the Ryeongkhang river, the Bihar was established in the order of approval of the great saint Sadhna Nanda Forest Bhant of Chittagong Hill Tracts in 1993. Babu Anand Lal Dewan and his younger brother Chandra Lal Dewan donated 3.80 (acre) of the land of this monastery. Every year in September or October in 24 hours, weave cotton cloth by making cotton yarn and perform great Donatom hard chibara donation festival. Thousands of people were present in the ceremony. The monastery was managed by the committee.
